Shades of Autumn

...but not actual Autumn weather yet, of course! Here in Texas we won't even see hints of actual fall color for several months.
I'm in a fall-ish mood these days, and so I brought along some gorgeous Honey Crisp apples to play with on my last shoot. Little C. seemed to like throwing them more than anything else, and he had a pretty good arm, too! We got to play on his actual half birthday: 18 months.

How cute is he?.....and how much would you pay for those gorgeous, thick lashes?
I would pay tons;)

Friday Fun

Take a look at the little cutie I got to spend Friday morning with!
I had so much fun, and so did she....right up until the moment she took a nosedive into the front walkway and busted her lower lip! Poor little bean, I know it hurt like crazy, but she really took it like a champ. And Mama H., we *definitely* got more than enough wonderful shots to choose from! Here's just a preview of the first ones I've run through.

Senioritis!

It's been a whirlwind summer, and now, finally, school has begun again.
I had my first high school senior session of the season a few nights ago, and I had so much fun! While I love capturing the little guys, I have to say that working with single subjects and people who actually do what you ask them to is very refreshing! Here's a sneak peek for K and her family. Isn't she beautiful? I'm having fun working on these, and I'm sure there will be more to come soon.
